Welcome to A Bushel and a Peg!

My name is Kelly and I design and paint all of the peg dolls at A Bushel and a Peg. I first discovered peg dolls on Pinterest and thought they were the cutest things! I decided they looked like something I could do, so I gave it a try. I painted my then two year old superhero loving son a little Spider-Man and Superman. He loved them and I was hooked! I've since painted countless peg dolls for friends and family, from superheroes to Christmas ornaments to customized families to baby shower gifts.

Peg dolls are so versatile; not only do they make great toys for little hands, but they can also be used as an adorable cake topper, a unique gift for a teacher, wedding, or anniversary, on your Christmas tree, or just as a decoration on a shelf.

Painting peg people makes my heart happy, and I hope that you find a little joy in bringing home your own!
